Who we are

This website is operated by Almir Advisory and Consulting, licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (Trade Licence No. 2653751.01), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (“Almir”, “we”, “us”). We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Direct contact: if you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us.
• Analytics: we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which pages lead to enquiries. Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only anonymous signals that cannot be linked to you. If you accept, analytics cookies are used to measure visits more accurately. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss our advisory services, based on your consent.
• To improve this website and understand which content is useful, based on your consent to analytics cookies.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner; until then, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode). The map on our Contact page is loaded from Google only when you select “Show map”. Google may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers. They process data on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where we go on to work together, for the period required by our legal and regulatory obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in Google Analytics.
